mmSAR
mmSAR is a R package for the modelling of the Species-Area Relationship (SAR).
The mmSAR package implements the multimodel SAR paradigm and provides ecologists with user friendly functions to fit SAR models and calculate multimodel SAR inference.

Install the package
To install mmSAR directly within R type:
install.packages("mmSAR", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")

- 2011-02-17 |Package updated : The power, monod and logistic models were updated to allow for inital values calculations when some species richness values are zero.
- 2011-02-11 |Package updated : The 'rssoptim' function returns a new object ($sigConf). A matrix of estimated coefficients, their standard errors, t-statistic and corresponding (two-sided) p-value as well as lower & upper bounds of the 95% confidence interval.
